Our
Church is honored to have many members who have or are serving our country to
keep us safe and free. Some of you may have noticed each week in our
bulletin a line referring to the eternal flame honoring those who serve.
Some time back Kristin Bean placed a white candle to the left of the pulpit to
honor the service men and women and first responders who serve our nation and
our communities. Graham McGruer added to candle a plaque displaying the
emblem of each of the five services and in the center an emblem reflecting
their protection from land, sea, and air. Protecting all of us.
